01 Definitions
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry specific meanings. Reading this section carefully will make the rest of the document easier to follow.
- "BmaxGold", "we", "us", "our" – refers to the BmaxGold platform, its operators and its authorised representatives.
- "You", "player", "account holder" – refers to any person who has registered an account on the BmaxGold platform.
- "Account" – the individual account registered in your name on the BmaxGold platform, accessible via your chosen login credentials.
- "Balance" – the total PKR funds held in your BmaxGold account at any given time, including real money and any applicable bonus funds separately labelled.
- "Bonus funds" – any credits awarded by BmaxGold as part of a promotion, welcome offer or VIP Club benefit that carry wagering or rollover requirements before becoming withdrawable as real cash.
- "Real money funds" – funds deposited directly by you via a supported payment method, plus any cashback, rakeback or bonus funds that have fully met their applicable wagering requirements.
- "Platform" – the BmaxGold website, mobile browser version and any official BmaxGold application through which games, betting markets and account management features are accessed.
- "PKR" – Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which all BmaxGold transactions are conducted.
- "VIP Club" – the BmaxGold loyalty programme described separately at /vip-club, the terms of which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
- "Responsible Gaming Tools" – deposit limits, session limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion features accessible from your account settings as described in Section 11.
02 Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on BmaxGold, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is entered into between you and BmaxGold at the moment your registration is completed.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not register an account or continue to use the BmaxGold platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
By accepting these terms you also confirm that you are not accessing BmaxGold from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, and that you are acting on your own behalf rather than on behalf of any third party.
03 Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one BmaxGold account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own details or under borrowed or fabricated information, is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance.
Accurate Information Required
When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and a phone number registered in your name. BmaxGold reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any point to verify the details provided. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may be restricted or closed.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BmaxGold login credentials. BmaxGold will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in with your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately and change your password.
Single Account Policy
One account per person, per household and per payment method is the BmaxGold policy. Accounts found to share a payment method without a reasonable explanation will be investigated and may be merged or closed with balances returned to the original funding source minus any bonuses received.
04 Age Verification
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on BmaxGold. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. By completing registration you are declaring that you are 18 or older.
BmaxGold may request age verification documents at any time, including during the registration process, before the first withdrawal is processed, or at any point during your account lifetime. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence. The name on the document must match the name registered on the account.
05 Deposits
All deposits on BmaxGold are made in PKR. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional verification checks.
Processing Times
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits reflect in your BmaxGold account within two to five minutes under normal conditions. IBFT bank transfers typically take 15 to 30 minutes during banking hours and up to four hours outside banking hours. Card deposits reflect within five to ten minutes. In rare cases of payment system delays, BmaxGold support can manually verify a deposit within 30 minutes of being contacted with the transaction reference number.
Deposit Source Policy
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – where the deposit source belongs to another person – are not permitted and will trigger an investigation. Funds from third-party sources may be returned and the account restricted pending review.
Deposit Limits
You may set voluntary deposit limits on your account at any time via the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. Reductions to deposit limits apply immediately. Increases require a 48-hour cooling period before taking effect. BmaxGold may also apply platform-level deposit limits during account verification procedures.
06 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are available to verified BmaxGold accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may require additional identity checks before processing.
Processing Times by VIP Tier
Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier. Silver tier accounts have withdrawals processed within the standard queue targeting 30 to 90 minutes for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash) and two to four hours for IBFT. Gold tier accounts are prioritised with a two-hour target. Platinum accounts target 45 minutes. Elite accounts target 30 minutes. Diamond VIP accounts receive instant processing with a dedicated authorisation team available around the clock.
Withdrawal Method
Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a fraud prevention measure. If the original deposit method is no longer available, BmaxGold support will guide you through an alternative verification process before approving a withdrawal to a different method.
Verification Before First Withdrawal
BmaxGold may require full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing the first withdrawal from an account. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the withdrawal destination account. Verification is a one-time process in most cases.
07 Bonuses and Promotions
BmaxGold offers various promotional bonuses from time to time including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and tournament entry tickets. Each promotion carries its own specific terms which are communicated at the point of the offer. These general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are awarded for one account per person, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account suspension.
- Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your account. When you place a bet, real money is wagered first. Bonus funds are wagered only after your real money balance reaches zero.
- All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. The default wagering requirement on deposit-match bonuses is 10x the bonus amount on sports betting markets with minimum odds of 1.50, or 20x on casino games and slots.
- Bonus funds expire 30 days after credit unless a different expiry is stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are forfeited without exception.
- BmaxGold reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed, or to void a bonus if it was claimed under false pretences or through a technical error that generated an unintended offer.
VIP Club Cashback and Rakeback
Weekly cashback and poker rakeback paid through the BmaxGold VIP Club carry no wagering requirements and are treated as real money funds from the moment of credit. Full VIP Club terms are available at /vip-club.
08 Betting Rules
All bets placed on BmaxGold are final once confirmed. BmaxGold does not offer a bet cancellation facility except in specific circumstances described below. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.
Void Bets
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours; a clear and obvious pricing error was made by BmaxGold on the market; an event is ruled a no-contest by the governing body. In all other circumstances, results stand regardless of outcome.
Bet Integrity
BmaxGold reserves the right to withhold payment on any bet where there is reasonable evidence that the outcome was manipulated, that insider information was used, or that the bet was placed as part of a coordinated attempt to exploit a pricing error or system vulnerability. Affected bets will be investigated and the player will be notified of the outcome within five business days.
Maximum Winnings
BmaxGold applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day for specific product categories. These limits are displayed in the specific game or market rules and may vary by player tier. Diamond VIP members have elevated payout limits as detailed in VIP Club terms.
Virtual Sports Results
All virtual sports results are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNGs). The RNG result is final and cannot be appealed. BmaxGold does not accept disputes based on claims about the expected outcome of a virtual sporting event.
09 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on BmaxGold. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
- Registering or operating more than one BmaxGold account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the BmaxGold platform including betting markets, poker tables and games.
- Collusion with other players in poker cash games or tournaments.
- Exploiting a technical error, system glitch or pricing mistake to place bets at clearly incorrect odds or generate artificial winnings. Winnings generated from technical errors are not valid and will be voided.
- Using another person's payment account or identity to register or fund a BmaxGold account.
- Chip dumping or any other form of deliberate fund transfer between accounts on poker tables.
- Money laundering or using the BmaxGold platform as a mechanism to legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. BmaxGold is required by law to report suspicious financial activity and will cooperate fully with relevant investigations.
- Abusing or threatening BmaxGold staff, support agents or other players in any communication channel.
10 Account Suspension and Closure
BmaxGold reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons for account action include but are not limited to: suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation; breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions; failure to complete age or identity verification within a specified timeframe; suspicious betting patterns indicating abuse of the platform or its pricing; or requests from the account holder themselves.
Voluntary Closure
You may request the voluntary closure of your BmaxGold account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, any remaining real money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure.
Disputed Closures
If your account has been suspended or closed by BmaxGold and you believe this was done in error, you may raise a dispute by contacting support@bmaxgold.com with your account details and a description of the issue. BmaxGold will respond within five business days. During an active investigation, account access may remain restricted.
11 Responsible Gaming
BmaxGold is committed to responsible gaming as a genuine product principle rather than a compliance formality. All player protection tools are accessible from your account dashboard without needing to contact support. These tools include deposit limits, session time reminders, reality check pop-ups, cool-off periods and self-exclusion.
Self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. During a self-exclusion period, BmaxGold will take reasonable steps to ensure you do not receive marketing communications.

12 Privacy and Data
BmaxGold collects and processes personal data to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. Full details of what data is collected, how it is stored and how long it is retained are described in the BmaxGold Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.
By registering an account on BmaxGold you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. BmaxGold does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services and identity verification providers is shared only to the extent necessary to deliver those services.
You have the right to request a copy of the data BmaxGold holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data and to request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements. Contact support@bmaxgold.com to exercise any of these rights.
13 Limitation of Liability
BmaxGold is not liable for any losses arising from: events outside our reasonable control including payment system outages, internet service disruptions or force majeure events; any decision you make based on information displayed on the platform including odds, form guides or statistical data; technical errors that have been promptly corrected and refunded; or losses from gambling activity that you have freely chosen to engage in.
BmaxGold's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these terms or from use of the platform is limited to the amount of real money deposits made by that player in the preceding 12 months. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by BmaxGold.
BmaxGold makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily restrict access. Where maintenance results in bets being placed at incorrect odds or games producing incorrect outcomes, the affected transactions will be voided and stakes returned.
14 Changes to These Terms
BmaxGold reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BmaxGold will notify active account holders via the email address registered to their account and will display a notice on the platform for a minimum of seven days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the BmaxGold platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should close your account before the effective date. Your real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method upon closure.
Minor changes such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision may be made without advance notice. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update regardless of its significance.
